Terms of Service
Last updated 19 July 2026
Eviant ("we", "us", "our"), ABN 42 693 128 764, is an Australian cybersecurity business. These terms govern your use of the Eviant website at eviant.com.au. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Use of the site
You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to use it unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or any connected system, to interfere with its normal operation, or to scrape or copy it at a scale that burdens our infrastructure.
Our services
Cybersecurity services we provide are governed by a separate written engagement agreement between you and us. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement prevails for the services. Nothing on this website forms an offer to supply services on particular terms, and service descriptions here are for general information rather than commitments.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, designs, software and the Eviant and SensorZero marks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by Australian and international law. You may view and print pages for your own internal reference. You may not reproduce, republish or use our branding commercially without our written permission.
Information on this site
We aim to keep this site accurate and current, but content is provided for general information only. It is not security, legal or professional advice, and you should not rely on it as the sole basis for a decision. Our articles and research describe issues as understood at the time of publication. We may change the site, our services, or our pricing at any time without notice.
Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Liability
Subject to the section above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law: this site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind; we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill; and where liability can be limited rather than excluded, our total liability arising out of your use of this site is limited to re-supplying the relevant information.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Statement, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown above. Continuing to use the site after we publish a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts able to hear appeals from them.
